- Responsible for maintenance of network performance optimization process, served as Operator In Charge of planning and optimization center.
- Familiar with KPI evaluation system, with KPI negotiation experience.
- In-depth technical background in telecommunications network
- Hands-on experience and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/UMTS/WCDMA network
- Good communication skills with English as the working language
- Lowest Education: Bachelor
