Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary

• Identify, investigate, resolve and develop processes, procedures and associated documentation relative to security of computer systems, networks and telecommunications along with addressing privacy, confidentiality and standards administration. Serves as a leader for teams investigating and addressing various information security issues.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Expected to advise management on information security issues, perform security risk assessments, implement information security procedures, manage information security policies and handle information security incidents.
• Manage internal communication regarding system updates and provide estimates of budgetary requirements for technical upgrades
• Plan and ensure execution of Security arrangement as required by the management.
• Supervise and control the work of security personnel.
• Assist the management in maintaining law and order.
• Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
• Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
• Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology.
• Safeguarding data held by the organization by working with business managers, chief executive officers and information technology (IT) managers
• Observe and monitor the security of websites, applications, computers and databases.
• Document processes, procedures and policies to guide the unit and organisation as a whole
• Manage the development and implementation of the organisation's security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
• Physical protection responsibilities include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance, and more.
• Information protection responsibilities include network security architecture, network access and monitoring policies, employee education and awareness, and more.

Technical Skills:

• All round IT skills (LAN, WAN, server and operating system)
• 3 or more of the following Certification MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, OCA.
• Other technical certification such as: Prince2, PMP
• Deep Networking Skills (LAN & WAN).

Qualification

• B.Sc. Computer Science or Electronic & Electrical Engineering or other Science related course.
• M.Sc. MIS (Management Information System) is an additional advantage
• A higher degree M.Sc./MIT is an advantage.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7-10 years
• More than 5 years post NYSC experience in similar role, in Information Technology, Microsoft applications and/or physical infrastructure.
• Role Profile
• IT strategy development, Change Management and Incident/Problem Management experience.
• Strong knowledge in SLAs, System & Software Quality Assurance and Best Practices & Methodologies.
• Visionary, innovative, eyes for details and IT smart individual who must have performed a similar job function in a commercially oriented organization.

- To build and secure relationship with potential customers (both EPC and consultants & end users)

- Identify package / turn-key opportunities for Schneider offer.

- Present & provide technical information necessary to the customers
Follow-up on offers:
- Follow- up of offers with customers and keep project  information on CRM modules updated
Finalize on contracts:
- Lead contract negotiations with support of other department (Finance, EPS, Logistics, etc). Transfer project details to support team and ensure smooth transition for project execution.
Follow-up on Customer:
- To lead project kick off meeting and facilitate project manager during project handover for execution.
- Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after delivery. Work closely with back support team (TC, finance, marketing, logistic) to ensure customer satisfaction.
AR management
- Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation.
Account management
- Be the single face to the customer, i.e. be responsible for specific customer portfolio acting within the concerned segment, lead, co-ordinate or be aware of any action done towards any customer of his portfolio. 
- Maintaining relationship with customer and relevant players (local country authorities, potential partners, representatives, project consultants, financial community, etc.) beyond the project-related contacts of the Businesses. 
- Developing an extensive knowledge of customer organizations (structure, decision-making process, etc) and action plan for each customer.
Master SE equipment knowledge and targeted solutions
- Have sufficient knowledge of all SE products and targeted solution in order to promote package / turn-key solution to  any customer in its segment
Project reporting
- Maintain and update project status regularly in Bridge Front Office (bFO). Ensure project information is exhaustive and useful to support key strategic decisions.
Qualifications
 
REQUIREMENTS
Education: University degrees – Engineering
Working Experience: 5 - 10 years experience  in working with relevant end-users, Consultants, Contractors
Specific knowledge:  Process Control, Safety solution (ESD, F&G), SCADA,LV/MV
Business Understanding: - Good understanding of market needs and market players.- Understand company’s products and competitor’s.- Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.
