2.) Director of University Farm
Job Description
The Director of University Farm is the Head of the Farm Management Centre of the University and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the administration and planning of the farming activities of the University as well as the co-ordination of different Units of the Centre.

Job Description
The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the University and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration and control of the financial affairs of the University.

Job Description
The Director of Physical Planning is the Head of the Department of Physical Planning and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the conceptualization, Design, Supervision and Management of the University Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Projects.
3.) Director of Works and Maintenance
Job Description
The Director of Works and Maintenance is the Chief Technical Officer of the University and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day to day running and maintenance of University building, Roads. Water bore holes. Electrical Installations. Equipment and other properties, including provision of service and utilities for the well- being of the University.

Candidates for the post of Bursar
- Candidates for the post of Bursar must exhibit considerable degree of competence, responsiveness and demonstrable integrity and transparency on matters of financial resources management Applicants must be in good health and able to endure the rigours of the duties of the Bursar.
- Prospective candidates must show innovative approaches to the running of an ICT -driven Bursary, working at the highest level of efficiency to eliminate time wasting, bureaucracy and bottlenecks. The ability to advise the Vice-Chancellor in planning and executing strategies for enhancing internal revenue generation as well as promoting the culture of "doing more with less" shall be required. Candidates for the post must be such that they would not exceed the gazetted retirement age before the end of the five years tenure.
- The applicant should possess a good first or second degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration and must, in addition, be a member of any of the following professional Accounting Bodies: ICAN, ACA (E&W}, ANAN, ACCA, CPA-USA.
- The applicant must be of the rank of at least Deputy Bursar and must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience, seven (7)years of which must have been spent in a University or similar institution. Exposure to professional Accounting Practice and a Post-Graduate degree from a recognized University will be an added advantage.
- The candidates for the post must exhibit considerable degree of competence, responsiveness. and demonstrable integrity for the running of Directorates of Physical Planning or Works and Maintenance of a University. Prospective candidates must be proficient in ICT with demonstrable competence in computer aided designs and controls.
- Candidates for any of the positions must be in good health to be able to endure the rigours of the duties of such Directorates and must be such that they would not exceed the retirement age before the end of the five years tenure.
Qualification for the post of Director of Health Services
- Candidates for the post of Director of health Services must have MBBS plus at least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Such candidate must not be below the rank of a Deputy Director of Health Service in a University or similar institution.
- Possession of Postgraduate Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African Medical College or its equivalent will be an added advantage. The candidate must be registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and must have a current practicing license.
- Candidates for the post of Director of University Farms should possess a degree in Agriculture or related field plus at least fifteen (is) years cognate experience. Candidates must be a member of relevant professional body and on CONTISS 14 in a
- University, Research Institute or similar institution. Possession of a post graduate degree in Marketing or Management will be an added advantage.
- Candidates for the post of Director of University farm must exhibit considerable degree of competence, responsiveness and integrity for the administration of the University farms, Prospective candidates must be proficient in ICT, have good knowledge of the latest farming techniques, marketing of farm products and general Management.
Qualification for the post of Director of Works and Maintenance
- Candidates for the post of Director of Works and Maintenance (same as for Director of Physical Planning above) Experience on Campus Planning and Services will be an added advantage.
- Candidates for the post of Director of Health Services must exhibit considerable degree of competence, responsiveness and demonstrable integrity for the administration of the Health services of a University.
- Applicants must be in good health and able to endure the rigours of the duties of the office. Prospective candidates must be proficient in ICT with demonstrable competence in medical practice. The ability to effectively advise the Vice-Chancellor on health matters shall be required.
- Candidates for the Post of Director of Physical Planning must have degree in Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, plus at least 15 (fifteen) years of relevant experience especially on Campus Planning and Development.
- Candidates must not be below the rank of a Deputy Director of Physical Planning in a University or Similar Institution. Possession of a Post graduate Degree will be an added advantage. In addition, candidate must be registered member of relevant Professional bodies such as Council for the Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), ARCON (for Architects QSRBN (for Quantity Surveyors), NIOB (for Builders), NIESV (for Estate Surveyors and Valuers), etc.
