Online Character Reference/Letter of Recommendation System:
Recruiter can: • Provide details (name, email etc) of new staff members
for whom the recommendation is required • The staff automatically gets
an email with a link to provide the details of the recommenders. • Once
this is done, the recruiter will be able to view all recommenders
provided by each staff and the status(completed, pending, started) •
Design a form for the information required from the recommender/staff
and upload a document (e.g. signature form) • Recruiter must be a
registered user. Applicants/staff can: • The applicants fills in the
details of the desired recommender (name, email etc) • Both parties gets
an email notification • Applicant can view the status of all the
recommenders (pending, started or completed), anytime • Send reminders
to recommenders when/if necessary • Recruiter must be a registered user.
Recommenders can: • Receive immediate notification when an applicant
requests a recommendation. • Provide personalized responses to
recommendation requests • Complete a recommendation over multiple
sessions (requires registration) • Respond quickly and easily with
streamlined editing and reminder tools • Upload any other documents if
