Requirements

  • Candidate must have a degree or M.Sc in Mass communication or English Language.
  • Candidate must have journalistic skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to learn to be a consultant in the area of Human Capital Development.
  • Candidate must be very smart and innovative
  • Only Abuja based candidates should apply.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience with at least 3 years working with as/a Project Manager in an NGO
  • Candidate must be a very good writer.
Responsibilities
  • To lead on the positioning of Frandek Development Initiative (NGO), to develop and carry out initiatives.
  • To lead on accessing of funding to support initiatives.
  • To lead on the operations of the office.
  • To supervise all projects undertaken by the company and ensure effective and efficient delivery of service.
  • To manage the day to day activities of operational employees and report to the managing partner.
